SALE, OR WHICH THEY RETAIN FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES.
WE ALSO PROVIDE A SERVICE TO CLIENTS, WHO HAVE PURCHASED
'BUY TO LET' PROPERTIES BOTH IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS, WHO HAVE INVESTED FOR
THE INCOME GENERATED FROM LETTING, OR FOR THE POTENTIAL CAPITAL GROWTH IN
THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY, OR BOTH.
WE PROVIDE ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS WHO
HAVE INHERITED PROPERTIES, OR HAVE A SECOND PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF MARRIAGE,
WHICH IS THEN LET TO TENANTS.

TAX IMPLICATIONS, OF ANY POTENTIAL DISPOSAL OF THE PROPERTY.
WE ALSO ACT AS UK TAX AGENTS FOR NON-UK RESIDENT
CLIENTS, WHEREBY COPIES OF ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION, FROM LETTING AGENTS
AND MORTGAGE LENDERS, ARE SENT DIRECTLY TO OURSELVES, TO ENSURE THAT ALL
INFORMATION RELATING TO RENTS RECEIVED AND COSTS INCURRED, SUBJECT TO ANY
COSTS PAID PERSONALLY, ARE AVAILABLE TO US, TO ENABLE YOUR UK TAX RETURNS
TO BE COMPLETED AND FILED, WITH H.M. REVENUE AND CUSTOMS, WITHIN THE DUE
DATES FOR FILING.
UK TAX RETURNS WHEN COMPLETED FOR NON-UK RESIDENTS,
ARE SENT TO YOU ELECTRONICALLY FOR APPROVAL, TOGETHER WITH A SUMMARY OF THE
LETTING ACTIVITY, OR THE CAPITAL GAINS TAX POSITION ON DISPOSALS, WITH A
FULL SUMMARY OF THE TAX POSITION ARISING, PRIOR TO SUBMISSION TO H.M. REVENUE
AND CUSTOMS.
FOR CLIENTS LETTING PROPERTY OVERSEAS, WE PROVIDE
THE SAME SERVICE AS ABOVE, WITH THE ADDITION OF A CLAIM MADE ON YOUR BEHALF,
FOR FOREIGN TAX CREDIT RELIEF, IF APPLICABLE, TO COVER FOREIGN TAX THAT MAY
HAVE BEEN PAID, IN RESPECT OF THE OVERSEAS PROPERTY.
