SUMMARY
We may hold your details for Tax Return purposes, which may include names, private addresses, date of birth, tax and NI references, employer’s reference and name (if applicable) and details of past and present taxable income and gains and data on other taxes.
Your data is only held to allow us to provide tax compliance, accountancy and tax advisory services.
We retain data for as long as statute or regulations demand. After that period the data is securely destroyed.
Data is held electronically and on paper. The method of communication and transfer of data between ourselves is mainly by email, but also on paper where applicable. Our computer hard drives are destroyed before disposal.
We do not allow any third party access to our data, unless under our personal supervision. We process and store data electronically, on secure cloud based tax software.
